One level cup to a gallon of brewed tea - perfectly Southern sweet tea like Mom used to make, without spiking blood sugar. One level cup to a gallon of water plus TWO packages of any flavor Kool Aid. Refreshing for kids of all ages. I know there are people who don't like the idea of artificial sweetner, but my beloved spouse likes Kool Aid, and he likes sweet tea, and he's type 2 diabetic. For us, Splenda replaces sugar in these drinks, and leaves no strange after-taste. This is absolutely a necessity for our pantry.

I love that Amazon offered this product at a reasonable price! It was packaged nicely and product was fresh! I received it in a timely manner because we ran out during the holidays and use it for coffee and cooking.

Taste like real sugar, no after taste.

Hardly miss the old sugar

This was a good price for the name brand. This will last me quite some time! It has a consistency a little finer than regular sugar. I use this on cereal in my coffee etc.

I have insulin resistance, so I use this instead of sugar to keep my blood sugar down. It takes some getting used to, but I enjoy this in my morning coffee and tea. Haven’t tried replacing sugar in baking though, but I plan on trying it someday.

The media could not be loaded. As a body builder who is always looking for ways to keep my macros in tact, I've used my local grocery store's version of sucralose to allow me to get the sweet without the downfall of the calories. Since I've moved into a rural area and our local grocery store is more than an hour away, I've had to rely on Amazon to ship Splenda to my residence. It's comparable to the off brands in taste and the greatest thing about it is that I don't get the added calories/etc. as with regular sugar. Great product!
