I like the template for the journal, but there’s not enough space in the boxes to write thorough descriptions of what you are working on. I like to include notes of areas of focus in each move - where to hold arms, foot placement, etc. - this journal allows only enough room for not much more than a couple bullet points per box. I’m better off with a standard spiral notepad.
