Received package. Dirt coming out all corners of package. opened it the plants fell out of pots, so dry. I have never seen such a bad packaging of plants before. Hopefully the aloe vera doesn't die. I'm talking about bone dry roots when i took the paper off the whole plant fell out of pot.

Decent size and healthy

I just received my 3 aloe plants today and their is nothing I can say bad about them, despite how others have reviewed them on here. Yes, the packaging could've been a little better, but considering it's coming to the east coast from California, we all know small package carriers and not going to handle anything with care. Despite that, my plants arrived healthy, and bigger than I expected to be honest. All 3 were of a good size, and from the 1 pic I decided to attach, I can attest that the others were of the same size. Very happy with seller and plants!

Although there were arrows on the box, there definitely needs to be "live plants" and fragile stickers because I ordered 4 plants and by the time they arrived, all the soil was in the bottom of the box and all the plants were damaged by the carrier. The bottom 3 plants sustained damage to the ends, while the top plant as you can see has pretty much died since they arrived 4 weeks ago. I found larger, healthier plants at Walmart of all places at roughly the same price anyway so I'm not going to bother with making a claim because I've already found replacements. They're nice plants, so I didn't ding them on the quality, but they need to label the shipping packages better to at least cut down on the handlers that may not being paying super close attention to a tiny sticker on the corner of the box.

The order included 3 small aloe vera plants. One of the leaves on the plants has a black hole. Another leaf has black spots. I expected to receive plants in pristine condition.

So much care went in to packing them up for travel. They arrived healthy and happy.

I placed these plants on my patio and they are lovely.

Ok so starting off the plants aren’t bad, but they aren’t worth the money I paid for. I thought the plants would be much bigger but they are very small. The plants aren’t in the best of shape and don’t look anything like the picture. The plants in the white pots are the three plants I purchased for a total of $40. One of them is dried out but if you look at the picture advertised I should have gotten plants that where older (no white spots and leaves full). The aloe Vera plant in the black pot is a plant I got from Homedepot for $4. Like I said not worth the money at all but it isn’t bad. Dirt/rocks were EVERYWHERE and the box it came in wasn’t taped properly at the bottom (it was almost opened). Wouldn’t recommend or buy again from this seller or online period unless you have too.Update (May 3): The leaves are just yellowing and browning from the damaged leaves. I am getting new growth but I could have just gone to homedepot and gotten the same size plant that is healthy for $4. I would never in a million years recommend this. You are basically giving your money away for free. Don’t let my great picture taking skills trick you. The aloe I got from homedepot caught up to the aloe I bought from this seller. The leaves are very juicy and healthy on the homedepot aloe. If you have to purchase online purchase from Hirts garden on Etsy they take pride in their plants and actually do 2 day shipping with LOTS of protection to the plants.I would understand if the company reached out and tried to replace the plants but it just shows they don’t care about the condition of their product and try their luck.
