I bought the set for my 4 year old grandson to cheer him up during this difficult time.He was so thrilled with the costume and wears it while watching 'Andy's prehistoric -adventures' on iplayer. He is unhappy when he has to take it off to go to bed!!!It would have been great however if I could have bought, as an optional purchase, a compass, bins etc to put in the pockets. I think the hat could have been a little bigger if it is to fit up to a six year old.

If you're looking at this product then there's a strong chance you're searching for a gift for a kid that love's Andy's Dinosaur/Prehistoric/Safari Adventures. Well, let me start by saying that in my house, this purchase went down extremely well. My son is 3 and although this is a bit big on him he absolutely loves it! It has pockets for him to store tools and the dinosaur eggs he finds and he feels like a "real" explorer when he wears it. My child wasn't so bothered about the hat because he already has one, but it's good to have it included. From my parent's perspective, it feels very well made and I get the impression it will last a long time and we'll get plenty of use from it.I bought this explorers jacket because it looked higher quality than the other options available on Amazon. In that regard I certainly wasn't disappointed. If it was slightly cheaper than the £20 I paid it would have been a 5 star review!Pros:- Loved by the child it was bought for.- Feels extremely sturdy.Cons:- A little expensive

Ordered this set for my grandson aged 3 knowing it would be a bit big. Made no difference to him - he loved being dressed like Andy from Andys Amazing Adventures! Set is well made and hat fits perfect. Explorer jacket great for holding all his ‘treasures’ in the pockets. Quick delivery too!

Bought for my grandson who loves Andy & his adventures. Really durable item & great quality.We had an issue with the hat embroidery being upside down - I contacted the company and they sent a replacement within a couple of days. Excellent service!

Really pleased with the overall quality of this but the hat is very small and only just goes on my four year old sons head (at a squeeze) and really marked his head so he won’t be wearing it again and he said it really hurts.Such a shame because it’s just a nice product

My grandson loves this, it’s good value, well made, fun and prompts creative exploring. Highly recommend for any child who likes nature and exploring.
