Multi mineral is a very power water I can feel it when I drink it .The multi mineral drink every time I take a sip I can feel it doing it's work in my systems from head to toe no doubt on that itside very potent I think though it does a good job for me in my smoking and drinking life I don't take a whole lot at one time it kind of spooky when it goes through Im wondering when,what,whats it really for,and what's the best way to take it.I only take a cap full and can't really sleep on that it good tho.

This mineral supplement taste metallic and it doesn’t seem to have as much calcium as my last supplement! YUCK!
