Malibu 120-Watt Transformer with Timer and Sunlight Sensor for Low Voltage Landscape Lighting 120V Input 12V Outdoor

I purchased this transformer on Dec 26, 2020 and installed on April 4, 2021. This transformer failed after a day in operation. The reset button doesn't seem to be working either. I made a mistake of not having this unit in operation soon after purchased. It is now passed its warranty period and could not get a replacement. Very disappointed to have purchased this product.

I purchased this transformer but couldn't get it to work. After researching a bit I learned this transformer is an old version that came out in the early 2000's and that they tend to have an issue with an internal battery that cannot be replaced making the item a dud.Amazon's return process was very easy so that deserves a solid star, right?!

I installed mine and set up the timer easily. It's been working steadily without issue for 6 years running, never need to touch it, summers through Chicago winters.

I have had no problems or issues with this device, almost plug and play. Spare screws and hold down plates included. Good job.

The first transformer lasted 7 years, not bad in my book. This one is a little larger and works great with 10 lights, so easy to use. Hook it up and forget it.

The transformer worked fine for our 20w of led landscape lighting. But after just 6 months the controller board seems to have malfunctioned and the display lights on the unit do nothing but flicker. So the unit is useless and I can now just throw it away. What a waste.

This transformer worked great while it was working. It had the same fault other reviewers described (flickering display and no power output).
