This is amazing chocolate, it has great texture and incredible taste. Strangely, the 83% version seems slightly less bitter than the VIVOO 73% chocolate version. The 73% version has a bit of an Oregon Pinot Noir type of taste with an earthy "barnyard" flavor. Sometimes 83% chocolate can be very unpalatable, but that is the opposite case here - I guess it must be the CRIOLLO CACAO that they list . I kind of want to try the 100% version now. I find that just a quarter of the bar is very satisfying. This would also make a great gift, as it is beautifully packaged. I am going to give away to our customers in our Tesla Mobility service as a treat for them. Not a huge bar, but it's richness makes up for size.

These are very smooth and the bitter taste that usually goes with dark chocolate is much better than other brands. I absolutely love them but wish they weren't so expensive. I follow a modified keto lifestyle and these are fantastic because just half of one covers my breakfast. It is filling (I assume the fat content has something to do with that) without adding too many carbs or protein and no sugar. I don't know if it is because I'm already used to not eating sugar, but these taste sweet to me--a natural sweetness that delights my soul! :-)

I'm very impressed with Vivoo's products! I bought and loved the Raw Reishi and Cacao Nibs Energy bars along with these last week on a friend's recommendation. They were right. This is high quality chocolate. It was beyond normal joys of the taste of good chocolates. I feel like I experienced a sense of calm after eating this chocolate during some anxiety within a minute. I thought some people would think I sound crazy writing that... but it's true. Cacao is healing, but we must just not usually get it in the most potent forms for that. This IS.

Very good, even though it is very bitter. OMG it is bitter. The bitterness is expected as it is in its original state. That's why it great for our health. Your body will thank you now and forever. I will certainly but it again.

I had heard about this company from a friend. I was still a little bit skeptical about the quality and had to try it for myself. I love the idea of eating 'good for you' chocolates, especially if it is not going to mess with my blood sugar levels. I have tried unsweetened and raw chocolates before, and like eating it without any sugar added. I must say, I was surprised at how sweet and not bitter this tastes! I can't believe there are only 2 ingredience in this product. I am loving it. I might finish the whole box pretty soon, and I feel it is ok.... It is so healthy anyway. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very annoyed because this vendor does not accept returns, however this entire package of chocolate bars are awful. I'd highly suggest you pass it by and get something else, there are so many other good ones! I've eaten many organic raw chocolate bars so I know they're not going to be like a Hershey bar. But these have an awful dry mouth feel and the bars themselves would be embarrassing to give away because they are discolored in a depressing gray shade. There's just nothing pleasant about them whatsoever, it's almost punishment to eat one! I've never imagined there would be chocolate I could say such terrible things about, there must be something terribly wrong with them but it seems the vendor doesn't wanna address it

If you can enjoy the taste of pure cacao without sugar, this is excellent. Chocolate is the second highest source of polyphenols after coffee. And, European chocolate is safer from mycotoxins because it is held to a higher purity standard. Pure cocoa also assists tremendously in natural serotonin production.
