Long, sharp, and flexible
I wanted a longer Marrttini knife. This is much longer than their average knife, but the blade is the same thickness and is very flexible. It might be intended for filleting. Not ideal as an all around knife, but so cheap I kept it. Comes super sharp like all their knives.
