The Deco Beads are a great brand of jelly decor for Lit Centerpieces and Arrangements
I've worked with one small batch of these and really like the consistency of color and shape for both the white and black. I don't recommend the black if you are using submersible lights with it because you can't see through it. However, the white is fantastic and way better than clear because it diffuses the light better and has a softer look without reducing the intensity of the lights. I haven't tried to keep them wet for an extended period yet, but I've had success (like several months) with other brands, so I'm sure these are comparable.
