I’ll tell you right out of the box make sure you read the directions first of all guys. It’s built well, strong as all get out. Comes with four little polishing compound caps and two tubes of this whitening polish or gel. Even comes with one of those funny mouth spreaders so you can actually see and get back in there. Of course beware cause you’re going to drool all over the place.You get 4 tips with it that are angled and also built well all of plastic with the polishing cup.Now to the basics when I pulled it out of the box I could tell it was built well. It is also all electric powered but it does disconnect from the cord. There’s a speed control where it plugs into the wall and the thing has more than enough power. I do mean more than enough.Needless to say I was skeptical there were no other reviews at the time I bought it I thought I was going to have to wait forever because it was third-party shipping but I actually received it in three days. Which was actually unexpected but great that I did. Secondly I thought if it does suck I’ll just return it to Amazon and let them deal with it.I’ll tell you what though I’m very happy with it and I’m glad I paid more money upfront for an awesome well built next to professional as far as I can tell device for polishing at home.Rather than spending $25 here 17 there another $25 and being disappointed with all the battery-operated crapola that’s out there and yes about your only other option so far on Amazon or in the store.Yeah just so you know it to say it again you’re not gonna bog this thing down you’re not going to have to worry about changing the batteries it’s not a throwaway device. It does the job and it does it well plain and simple.I’m very glad I purchased it.

The spindle rotation head breaks. Also replacing rotator cleaning parts cause the device to stop working. I would also expect the device to be cordless as it is dependent on it being plugged while in use. The overall experience is poor and I would not recommend this to anyone until 1. It goes cordless and 2. The cleaning rotation parts work consistently.

I've purchased other tooth polishers that were less expensive, that stopped working altogether. This one is more powerful, and works wonderfully.

Item is not cheap, the head piece does not ensemble. It has a plastic stick sticking out from bottom and its too thick for the little whole of the electric machine. Just wanted to use but its a no go for me. I also cant get a refund, messaged seller, hopefully he has some poeces that do fit and work! Ill keep updated on customer service as well!!

This is an awesome tool and I’m so happy to have it but it is very hard to use being the switch to shut it on and off is on the wall where you plug the unit in it it would be great if you could start and stop it on the actual unit so you could use it more like a toothbrush it takes you two hands to use it so if you’re cleaning your teeth or your kids teeth it makes it a bit hard to be able to dip in to your polish and do everything hopefully one day they’ll put the switch on the actual item

This hand piece works well and adjusts for rotation speed. A nice size, nearly duplicating the ones you will find in a dental office. But there is a significant problem. The on and off switch is at the rear and difficult to turn on, especially when the cup is laden with polishing compound. Not professional in this form and I know dentists and hygienists would object loudly. And the cord from the transformer (yes, you have to plug it in) is rather short. What this needs is a simple foot switch and all my complaints would vanish. Better wait and see if the manufacturer reads this complaint and adds a foot switch to future models before you buy one. And, by the way, you can get the rubber cups and angles from many sites on E-bay. I couldn't find them on Amazon that fits this particular model. Oops.

I recommend it - it does its job!

Product works well but wary of all the reviews indicating early failure.For the price charged and questionable reliability , warranty should be 1 year at least, not 30 days. Minus one star.Also, company has no method to obtain replacement disposable heads except to buy them by the hundreds from a dental supply company. Minus one star.And, the way this product is adapted as a dental device - with a crooked label showing the power limit you should use (but no actual limit), I wonder if it’s even approved as a dental device.And lastly, it’s overpriced. Minus one star for value.So, this is how a potentially 5 star product gets only 2 stars.
