Ponti Capers In Salt 125g

Simple, healthy, and tasty. Other than them being salted, they have an inherent almost floral flavour (from my perspective). Not something one eats alone but used in recipes they add a wonderful bit of subtle complexity. I used them in my homemade caesar dressing and they really elevated the dish! 😋

Easy to use and store. Worked very nicely in my recipes.
