As mentioned in other reviews, you'll want to choose a size larger than what's listed for your bed. King mattresses will be out of luck unless each sleeper is happy to have their own blanket.I have not had any issues with laundering. After a wash on delicate setting, I ran it in the dryer on LOW heat for two 90 minute cycles and got no more lint than I do when I dry my sheets. I intend to use the blanket with a top sheet, so I do not expect to wash frequently. (Update: I've since done a wash, but this time dried on med-high heat for 60 minutes. No issues and I got to cut my dry time down.)I very much prefer the herringbone pattern to the more common waffle. The weave is clean and tight, but I do expect eventual snags. (I have a cat, it is inevitable.) The "creamy" is more white than the ivory I was hoping for, but it's fine.I have slept with a comforter for as long as I can remember. It has taken me a while to get comfortable with the reduced weight of this blanket in comparison to a comforter, but it is does provide a better sleep than top sheet alone/no coverings on warmer nights.Edit: Works nicely as an extra insulating layer under a comforter. I've used fleece before, but in the dry winter air, polyester can build up unpleasant static electricity. This blanket adds warmth, with less bulk and no static!

This is the 2nd one of these I bought. First was King, perfectly sized but when washed on cold and dried on extra low, it shrank 12”! It’s under a cotton quilt for winter but it as a bit disappointing. I do think it’s very comfortable as an only blanket for summer as it covers but isn’t heavy or hot. It does snag but since it’s under wraps, so to speak, it’s not bothersome.I ordered a second king in white. It’s gorgeous but it will be for a queen bed. If you want full coverage for a queen bed, or a king and wash and dry it. Do not wash anything else with the blanket. If you have a large mesh laundry bag, use that.

I have used this blanket EVERY night since July 2020. In that time, it has been washed and dried on a gentle setting once a week - NOT ONE pilling episode. None. I suggest that Karen has her dryer checked or re-reads the instructions.I did notice a bit of shrinking after the first wash but nothing major. I anticipated that, as it’s bamboo, so I had sized up when I purchased.The description is spot on. This thing is insanely soft and somehow keeps me cool in the summer yet warm in the winter. I have no idea what sort of sorcery is at hand, but it does exactly what the seller claims.As for the ridiculous complaint that the blanket will not stay on one reviewer’s bed, I also call bs on that - unless that person has placed it on top of 1000 count silk sheets. I sleep on everyday standard cotton or microfiber sheets and the blanket has never budged, despite being an active sleeper.I highly recommend and have just placed a second and third in my cart.Apologies if my review comes across as curt. As a consumer who relies on reviews before purchasing, it is terribly frustrating to see bogus or ‘nonsense’ comments these days. I absolutely appreciate honest opinions, but giving a low product rating because of things like not reading measurements before you buy or it’s the ‘wrong’ shade of green for you, or your inability to read instructions is just not a product problem, that is an operator error.

I'm a hot sleeper and live in a hot environment, so I tend to toss and turn during the summer months. I slept with this blanket on my bed instead of my comforter last night and actually had to turn down the A/C because I was getting too chilly! Despite being cooling, it still has a nice weight to it so I feel cozy. I purchased the coral blanket and the color is true to the online pictures. It was easy to was (on cool) and I hung to dry. It doesn't absorb a ton of water so it was dry by the next morning. There were some loose strings when I first opened it, but I haven't had any issues since with pilling or shedding. I have a queen size bed and the king blanket fits perfectly, queen would definitely not be wide enough so I do suggest sizing up. Most importantly, I wanted something pet friendly since I have a cat that sheds like crazy and is always clawing at the blanket when she has her zoomies. This blanket does not act like a magnet to pet hair, it's easy to brush off, and so far no snags from her nails! Very happy with this, I plan using it all year, just adding a fleece blanket in the winter. Much easier to clean than a comforter.***Update: spoke to soon, lots of snags :( would still recommend to those without pets!

Good blanket for layering. Wish it were a little softer.

I bought this blanket for my chair in the bedroom last year. There's pilling but that's the sacrifice you make for this fabric. I'm in south Florida and I like to have something to wrap up in when chilling in the house. It breathes. It feels good on the skin. I like the weight to it. There's a bit of depth to the blanket. Will be ordering one for the living room next. I hope this helps :)

We've been using the same lightweight cotton blanket for probably a decade. It's been great, but it now has a ton of snags, and it's starting to drive us crazy. We really dislike heavy blankets so I was looking for a lightweight one that's made from a more sustainable substance. I had tried another brand, but once it was dried it was too small for my purposes. We have a queen bed, and I saw someone post (thank you to that person!) that they needed a king size for their queen bed once it was laundered. That advice was spot on. After drying, that king size is perfect for a queen bed.You can certainly hang these to dry, and I assume shrinkage is much less when handling them that way. But I'm just not willing to put that kind of effort into a blanket, so drying is the way to go for me. The blanket is soft and comfortable, so I'm happy with it.I would recommend this product, but I highly recommend you buy a larger size than you need. You'll be glad you did.

Girlfriend loved it. There are more technical cooling blankets out there but this one looks very nice and feels great.

Great blanket, not a fan of heavy weight blankets, so this light weighted soft masterpiece is near perfect. It softness is welcomed and the color (Golden Ocean) is awesome. You might be fooled by it's properties at first, thinking there is no way that it could provide the warmth you want because of its' weight, wrong you are; this blanket has the excellent properties of providing warmth while keeping your body cool when needed. We experienced this blanket over the winter and spring season. Light weight, effectively warm, providing the coolness needed if your body gives off heat during sleep and absolute comfort. As an added feature to this bamboo fibre blanket, it is well manufactured and crafted. Highly recommended.

Although this sizing is called “Queen” make sure you use the measurements included because this does not fit a Queen bed. It is a nice colour and weight.

it's cool to sleep in and living in Queensland, it couldn't be more needed. Washed up nicely and been on the bed ever since.

i bought a few of these blankets , the first one i bought was amazing quality in white and felt so good , the second in a pink quickly developed fur balls , in less then. a week …it is just rubbish and i can’t believe they are from same company…how very very disappointing to be honest , it’s junk , now i will try last one in blue..
