Cracked the turntable plate in my microwave. Dont know how. Never happened before ...but this replacement is perfect.We were worried it may break during shipping but it was perfectly packed. Works perfectly.

I was floored when I discovered that this microwave turntable plate fit my microwave absolutely perfectly. I had questioned whether it might fit my model of microwave but surprise of all surprises, it fit perfectly and rotates gracefully and effortlessly when the unit is powered on. The plate is very durable looking and I am going to order another on right away to have on hand ... just in case. But after using it for awhile, I am confident that I will not be replacing it very soon if at all. I like to have extra parts sitting around though. I know this will fit the next microwave I buy as well as the one it is on now. This is a surprisingly gratifying buying experience.

Just as it was described

I had a difficult time finding the proper tray to fit our Panasonic NN-SU696S microwave. To buy an OEM replacement tray it was going to be almost $50 (for a $150 microwave that kinda sucks anyway, no thanks). I kept finding inconsistent sizes for my model number when searching online & the Panasonic website was pretty much useless. My old tray was shattered into such tiny pieces I couldn't put a few back together to get a measurement. (I tried.. I love a good puzzle, but this one had to be abandoned lol) 12.4" seemed to be the most common search result so I took a gamble with this tray and it fits and functions as it should.Edit: my plate had a flaw in the glass that caused it to break when it got hot. (I believe this was just a fluke as the plate otherwise seemed of good quality) I contacted Jolaxy, and they responded very quickly and are sending me a replacement. Their customer service was top notch.
