false advertisement
Unfortunately i was not given what was advertised in the photos. But i should have read the previous reviews because it seems to be a trending pattern. in the pictures the circle part shows hearts some what engraved all around, mine has none. Was supposed to give as a graduation gift but now i have nothing due to false advertising

Not as pictured
The bead that arrived is tiny, and is solid silver, instead of the one shown that has heart texture around it. It looks very plain compared to picture. The scroll is also square instead of round, which is weird. Not the gift I wanted it to be, especially for the price.

It is not like the picture
My charm is not like the picture. I got it for the hearts around the loop to put it on my bracelet & there are none. It’s also way smaller than advertised. I’ll keep it though since it Was inexpensive

Extremely small. Can’t hardly tell what it is!

bracelet design changed.
The bracelet that i ordered was missing the connector to the bracelet.I was told that the design was changed and more or less take it or send it back.It was a gift for my grand daughter so we ended up keeping it as 2020 was running out.We were not happy after waiting close to 3 months.
