PetNC Natural Care Brewers Yeast Chewables for Dogs, 250 Count

A friend of mine gave me some brewer's yeast for my dog. My dog quite liked it. When I needed a refill, they didn't have the same brand that I had used before, so I bought this brand. At first my dog stuck his nose up at it and dropped it on the floor when I fed it to him. I thought, oh no!, but just put the tablet in his bowl. Later on I found out he had eaten it, and I haven't had any trouble feeding it to him since then. He readily takes it, and eats it. He's 13 years old, has a beautiful coat that's thick And shiny. And sometimes he runs around like he's a young dog.

I give this to my dogs twice a day all year long (recommended amount split in half) this has helped a lot with the shine of their coat, their itches, and helps to keep down the fleas and flies

I started giving these to my dog back in 2022 when I first adopted her. When I first brought her home, her fur was very coarse and she was missing fur on her elbows and she kept scratching herself. After about 2 weeks, I first noticed her scratching less and then after a couple months, her fur Slowly started getting softer and smoother. Her stomach was still coarse and strawy to the touch, but, over time, even that has gotten much softer. She stopped scratching altogether and 3 years later, I still give her these each morning. Her fur is definitely Much healthier than it was when I first adopted her, but, besides giving her this product, she was also getting home cooked meals.I knocked off 1 star only because she isn't a huge fan of the flavor of these and they're more like hard tablets, not soft chews.My dog is an 80 lb Great Pyrenees/White Shepherd mix who's 4 years old now.

I have been using Brewers Yeast pills on my dogs for over 20yrs after it was recommended to my brother by a professional trainer who trained his search and recovery/rescue Rottweiler (trained to find drugs and people). My dogs have never had a flea on them. I currently have 2 Boxer puppies and a Pitbull Terrier. I highly recommend this product instead of the collars or liquid treatments. Yes, it does have garlic, but a trace amount which I would rather give my dogs instead of putting chemicals on their coats that they end up ingesting. The garlic omits a scent that deters the bugs. I will say, it definitely deters the fleas, but if you are in a heavily wooded area, that you may still find ticks on your pet, so continue to check your pet regularly. To each their own, but this is a healthy and safe alternative if you choose to try, and cost effective as well!

It may be good for my dogs, but one of my two dogs won't willingly eat these pills like she has other brands of Brewer's Yeast. My other dog eats them without a problem. The price is great, but I'm going to find another brand.

I use only natural supplements for my dogs because I want them to live long and healthy. This helps keep fleas and ticks off them while keeping there coat shiny and smooth. These will be a long time purchase for as long as I have dogs.

Dog refused to eat them. Calling brand customer service gets you no where. After nearly 3 minutes of following their phone instructions, they say leave a message; & then their phone system says cannot transfer. Waste of my monies, & waste of my time.
