HEAVY WEIGHT KARATE UNIFORM 12oz

This gi is 100% heavy weight cotton, is well made and a very good price. It should be 5 stars. My problem is I am a size 3 and after washing and drying the jacket fits perfectly - just the right amount of give. The pants, however are a different story. Even after washing them and drying them on hot a couple of times they were still 6 inches too big. They are so big they would be big on my 200 pound husband! I'm not sure what the manufacturer was thinking but I could not wear them and the supplier would not allow me to return them because they had been washed - so catch 22 since I could not tell how they would actually fit until I washed them. Fortunately, I am handy with a sewing machine and after several hours of pinning, sewing and cutting they now fit the way the need to. If you are going to buy this brand and from this company beware! Consider buying the jacket and pants separately.

The gi was great but i noticed that when i received it there was no white belt that came with it. I have been studying martial arts for over 30 years and i've yet to purchase a uniform that did not come with a white belt. Very, very disappointed.
