Ordered this printer cable, this is what arrived. It's clearly not the same connection as advertised in the picture so it doesn't fit. Waste of time.

I bought this so that I could move my new Epson All in One Printer/Scanner/Copier to a more convenient place within my office. It had worked perfect on a 1.5 metre USB2 cable on my desk attached to my desktop PC running Windows 7. However when I connected this lead I was greeted with the following error warning "This device will run more efficiently if connected to a USB2 socket on your computer" As my computer only has USB2 sockets available I was left rather confused. Attempts to print using the cable proved very hit and miss. and the copy/scan facility on my printer was not available for use with error message "Cannot find device" being shown each time I tried to use them.I quickly returned to using my 1.5 meter cable and now my new Epson printer/copier/scanner is working perfectly again so I know that it has to be this lead that is incompatible with my Epson Printer.I obviously cannot comment on its use with other printer brands, but Epson printer users please beware of this possible issue before purchasing this item.In view of the price I have not bothered to return this to the seller, but consigned it quickly to the bin instead.

I bought this cable, as I needed to connect my keyboard to my computer. First, I looked in the local shops and it was a lot more expensive there, so I checked Amazon, and bought this cable for a very affordable price!Honestly, I was not expecting great quality, but it has been fine! I have used the cable regularly, there have been no problems at all. Great value for money.

The cable arrived within the given timescale and was as described. I was looking for a longer cable so my dad could position his printer in the corner of the room over 2m away.Despite being the correct cable for the printer it did not work. I sent an email to contact the seller but heard nothing.The cable wasn't expensive and cheaper than some shorter ones but it was the length I was after.I may have been unlucky and got a faulty one but I don't recommend

I have already written a review where I gave it a rating of 4. That was when I first bought and used it. Unfortunately it has packed up after only a couple of weeks so I shall be calling into Curry's to buy a replacement. I never thought it was the lead as it had worked at first I was actually thinking it was either the printer or laptop. Fortunately I still had my old one which was with a short cable. It is still the same old thing ..... you get what you pay for.

A simple product but effective. I was having problems with a WiFi connected Canon printer. Windows 10 seems to have a Hewlett Packard software package on it which I could not get the Canon printer to work with so I plugged the cable in to the USB on the hard drive and then the printer it self and rebooted the computer and it worked great. I dare say I could have got the printer to work with the wi fi but attaching a cable is much simpler. The cable is quite long and very cheap so I can recommend.

I noted from other reviews that this printer to USB lead is essential to use with the Canon 2550 printer, but is not included with that purchase. Therefore I ordered one when I ordered the printer, and so could use the printer straight away. A robust, good quality product at exceptional value.

Really impressed with the delivery time and efficiency without having to wade through a huge list of all the various printer cables
