A real B*tch to install
Installed this on my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L after getting the P2135 code. Throttle body had already been replaced 3 f'ing times but not with an AC Delco. First Hitachi, 2nd Standard and 3rd Hitachi due to parts warranty. Decided to try replacing the Accelerator Pedal Sensor. Watched the A1 Parts video as a guide. Had to go to Lowes and buy the TT20 Torx security bit to remove the sensor from the gas pedal. In hidesight, I would have tried to remove it from the gas pedal a bit longer. I got one screw out easily but the other was wedged against the firewall preventing me from getting the Torx Socket on it. So I removed the gas pedal. Removal was quite easy but getting the top spring nut back on the stud was nearly impossible. After several hours of cussing and sweating my a** off I was finally able to get another M6-1.0 nut on the stud. Not the original spring nut as the nut spins and the washer remains stationary. This did not fix the issue. So I replaced the throttle body myself with the AC Delco 19420713 and gasket FEL-PRO 61070, Why the throttle body doesn't come with a gasket is beyond me! Throttle body removal and installation was completed in approximately 1 hour due to some complications with the spring clamps on the coolant lines that connect to the throttle body. Yes, coolant lines. WTF! Anyways, long story short I am back on the road with 300,500 miles and everything is working as it should. Will see if this permanently resolved the Reduced Engine Power mystery.

you will regret it if you buy it
Normally I will go to an auto parts store but I didn't have the time for it so bought on Amazon. So when I got it I install it in 10 to 15 minutes. It did got rid of the code p1125 so i took it for a ride around the block and work great, came back home turn the avalanche off for at least 5min and turn it on, the p1125 is back. I check every but every seem fine. The next day I went to junkyard and got me one for $ 5.42 ! So I install the one from the junkyard and it work. For 2 day no code p1125. Also I test the sensor for Amazon by reinstall it and the code p1125 was there , so I reinstall junkyard and the code p1125 was gone. I reinstall and uninstall these sensor 3 time to make sure everything was install right but the sensor from Amazon maybe a defective sensor. Either way just go to junkyard and get one it way better than this cheap aftermarket one.
