I’ve been using a similar forearm strengthener for a while and decided to buy a new one, so I got a pair of these. To my surprise, they’re much lighter than expected. While you can still use them for a workout, it takes a lot more reps to feel any real resistance. If it weren't for my father using them for his normal exercises, I probably would’ve returned them.

I lovved it....as we age we loose grip....so it's a good very convenient prop

It's really easy to use. But it has worst build quality I used this product just 1 and half month and not regularly. But today morning it bumped up and it's over. I thought it's removing type. But nope it's over it's broken. So dont even think to buy this product. I gave one star because there is no 0 option otherwise this is not worthy.

Very good product.... You can increase your wrist size by double in a month with this.. only if you continuely use this..... Very easy to use... Same as shown In the image.... Value for money.... Go ahead make a purchase... What's better than doing the exercise at home rather than gym.... All exercise can be done at home. .... No need to pay hefty charges.. you only want to get strong that's it....
