This is a quality product and is very effective in controlling insects. Will definitely purchase this product again. Shipping was fast and product was offered at a reasonable price.

Best insecticide to handle commons pest. Only one that REALLY kills grubs for me.

This stuff is great. I laid it all over my backyard a day before it rained and the next morning there are dead beetles everywhere!! I also do not see any ants. I will check again later when the yard is more dry, but so far so good!

I've purchased Anderson's DuoCide the past 3 years. I don't know what types of pest have invaded my grass the past 3 years but DuoCide has done a great job taking care of the problem. It is easy to spread.The bag states that it covers up to 20,000 sq feet. This is a dubious claim because I have an almost 10,000 sq ft lot and 5,000 sq ft of grass area. I've had to use 3 to 4 bags on my grass areas (I used the medium setting for my particular spreader recommended on The Anderson's website. I don't even think 1 bag would cover 20,000 sq ft even if your spreader was set on the very lowest setting.After saying this, I know the product is effective. Just know it won't be a cheap solution and you probably will need to buy multiple bags to accomplish the job.

Small prills size... went down easy. No clumps... once adequately watered in, granulars dissipated into the soil.

There are reviews that claimed this product didn't work even though they followed directions. Did they really? I too followed directions. I had a fire ant and grub problem. Armadillos were digging up my lawn regularly. I found fire ant mounds constantly and tried control them with the brown bottle stuff from a big box store. All they ever did was abandon the mound I treated and start a new one in a different spot. I finally put down some Anderson's Duocide. I was fire ant free for 6 months. No residual effect? Ha. Worked great. Also, there was no digging of grubs during this same time period. I was getting Armadillos (relocated one) and skunks (dispatched him because he was in my Armadillo trap and animal control does not relocate wild life any more in my county) digging for grubs before I put down Duocide. Six months of nothing. Now that I see the fire ant mounds are back, I'm also getting my yard dug up again. Going to put down another treatment today.

As a retired pest control operator/business owner for 40 years , we find that virtually no over the counter product has any residual action to speak of. This product actually states that it only works on the day you apply it and actually has to come in contact w/the insects to control them ! ( NO RESIDUAL ACTION) To be fair, many other granules say that they give you"all season control" or something similar (BS). I've used so many of those over the counter brands that have proved unworthy (ants , scorpions ,grubs etc are right back a week or 2 later and you have to buy more, maybe thats their strategy) EPA is a big factor in regs (rightfully so) but don't make false claims. Professionals may charge more,for sure, but use much better products in a more efficient way and thereby LAST longer( and won't be as bad for the planet if you have a good ,concientious operator who cares ) Needlessly having to REPEAT APPLICATIONS due to weak products unnecessarily exposes people/animals more than they should be exposed. EXPENSIVE TOO, just sayin' . Buyer Beware (and read the directions on the package label before you purchase,if you can make out the miniscule print )

Love Duocide. Easy to apply. I have tried every liquid pest control product for my lawn. Until I found Duocide. 100 percent satisfied. Here in Florida, it's Hot/Humid. Lots of pesky/annoying insects, fleas, moths etc. Duocide is the best. The Anderson Company who manufacturers Duocide, has many other fantastic lawn care products. They're always available and respond back in a timely manner if you have any questions or concerns.
