Disappoint but they served their purpose.
I took these two Party City to be blown up and to my surprise the speckled balloons don't spread at all!! the confetti goes to the bottom of the balloon! The Party City associate informed me that the seller tricks us with the pictures just to sell the balloons. Overall the balloons looks really nice for my daughters photoshoot. I was just disappointed that I didn't have those beautiful Spotted balloons. Look at the pictures you will see that all the confetti collects at the bottom of the balloon.

Some balloons come with holes
One of the balloons had a hole and ruined my surprise I had for my daughter

Not great quality
As soon as the lady was midway to blowing up the number 7 balloon we realized it had a hole in it therefore it never even inflated. My niece was so devastated on her day :(
