Exploring the Garden with the Little Rose (Interactive Alphabet Book - Learn ABCs while Discovering Plants and Animals in a Garden)

I bought this book for my 2 year old grand daughter and she loves it! One of her favorites!

What a lovely introduction to the Little Rose for the 2-5 year olds! The awesome illustrations by Mary Erikson Washam come to life in this alphabetical garden, filled with whimsical plants and animals - and even the Little Gnome! I loved the seahorse cloud (how else would one find a seahorse in a garden?) and the weeds with the cute faces, but I have to say that I missed seeing the Little Rose except in the very beginning of the book... I am looking forward to sharing this cute book with my new granddaughter!

And unless you're a horticulturist, even as an adult you're going to learn some great new words. The illustrations add to the adventure with delicious details--a katydid sitting on a kitten's head, flying a kite from a spool of thread? Why indeed not. Brilliant best-selling author Sheri Fink and talented artist Mary Erikson Washam have teamed up to create yet another beautiful book in this adorable series.

Just finished reading this adorably educational book! It makes learning fun, and creates many different ways of learning!Recognizing letters and takes you on a little "scavenger hunt" on each page. My grandchildren will absolutely love being able to learn as well as engage through this book! So fun! I highly recommend it to anyone with toddlers!Oh, and the illustration is truly beautiful, whimsical and colorful!

I bought this book at a convention for my 3 year old daughter, and had it signed by the author. My daughter ADORES this book. She wants to read it almost every night and insists on pointing to each thing on the page. Then she "reads" it to me and had me point at every object. It's been a great way to start identifying letters and letter-sounds. Highly recommended.And if you are able to attend one of the author's events, do it! And bring your little one to join in the Whimsical World of Sheri Fink!

Exploring the Garden with the Little Rose is a fun visual learning experience. It’s a wonderfully illustrated book with trilling reader engagement as the kids try to spot out each and every little flower and critter by alphabet. Visuals make scanning the pages for each critter delightful.

Delightful book for my granddaughters!! It's one that they'll enjoy hearing over and over and my older granddaughter will look forward to reading it to her little sister! A must for every child's library!

Kids will absolutely love exploring a beautiful garden filled with plants, flowers, and animals and learning about the alphabet at the same time. Would recommend for all children ages 2-6. And don't worry, even parents will love to read along and teach their children about all the different wonders of nature and watch them become reading experts.
