these are really good for teenage girls starting their periods and for people who hate wearing pads. i never could get my pads to stay in place or to hold heavy periods very well. these underwear are great for your period, not just for bladder leakage.

Definitely get these if you you’re about to have a baby, much easier to use than a big pad in underwear. Just a note to the mom’s keep a stack of them in the bathroom in an easy to reach place so if you have to put them on while holding the baby, you can do so easily.

They're discreet enough that I felt comfortable wearing them under regular clothing without feeling self-conscious.The odor control technology actually works well too - a crucial feature during the postpartum period when you're dealing with various fluids and don't always have time to change immediately. I never experienced any embarrassing odor issues while wearing these.Now for the reason this isn't a five-star review: the sizing runs significantly smaller than indicated on the package. I ordered based on the size chart and weight range listed, but they fit much tighter than expected. This was particularly uncomfortable during postpartum recovery when you're already dealing with enough discomfort. I would strongly recommend sizing up at least one size from what the package suggests - possibly even two sizes if you're at the higher end of the weight range.The tight fit didn't compromise the protection, thankfully, but it did make them less comfortable than they could have been, especially around the leg openings where they tended to dig in slightly. This is particularly notable for postpartum use when comfort is a major priority.Despite the sizing issue, I would still recommend these underwear to new moms or anyone dealing with incontinence. Just be aware of the sizing discrepancy and order accordingly. They truly were essential for my recovery, providing reliable protection when I needed it most, allowing me to focus on my new baby rather than worrying about leaks or frequent changes.

Im NEVER going back to regular sanitary napkins. These are the truth! So comfortable and they feel just like regular underwear that it makes you forget your actually on your time of the month. Cant go wrong with these at all and they absorb soo well gosh 20/10 no doubt

These work really really really well! When my 90 year old mother has an accident, clean ups are easy since they do not leak or break through the material. The color and little bow are nice touches. They fit perfectly and don't look to bulky under her clothes too, which is always a plus.

Great for postpartum. They are soft and far more comfortable than the hospital provided pads and mesh underwear. Take them to the hospital with you! I wish I had!
