I don't have to remember to drink water.
Easy to use. Stops blinking at night so no light at night to wake you. I can put it on anything I drink water from. I love it.

I love this! It’s a good value for the work it does. It’s small and super cute, although it is only on a strap which has the ability to slide off. I recommend getting a small Velcro to stick it onto when using for sports, or something active. It flashes when you set your water bottle down to reset the 30 minute reminder, and it’s almost as if it’s saying thank you! Overall, it’s Absolutely a good reminder to stay hydrated, and I like the fact that it’s only a light, rather than a noise or a buzz.

Does the job!
It works well in certain light but if you like dim lighting it won’t work. Also while driving it goes off a lot. But I still love it despite these quirks.
