Like many people, I just love my iPad. But that's not so good for the sleep cycle. Hmmm-My physician suggested getting the blue-ish white lights out of the bedroom at night, so I bought this. Every night at bedtime, I turn off all regular lights and turn this on, selecting the red hue, which is the best for keeping your ceridian rhythm working right. (Tells your body that it's time to sleep.)I leave it plugged in, though it's supposed to also work from batteries. And the remote is great. We have 3: two of the smaller ones and one larger size, though there's not much difference between the two. My sleep has never been so good!

Works perfect with my led lights.
