its accurate has all the ranges you would need and has a really nice highly readable display. the meter came in a cardboard box, considering the fact that its a fairly rugged piece of equipement the packaging was adequate and the item arrived intact. it came with a couple accesories with it, probes and theyre alligator clips, a temperature probe, and the 9V battery. this meter is adequate for all sorts of stuff around the house or garage. and for the price its a good buy. would recommand.

Received model no UA9233E. Multimeter received looks slightly different than the product photo: top-left corner has brand name "UYIGAO" and the dial labels are all one solid orange color, not alternating orange/grey. Other than that, it's exactly as described. Same red case with black front panel, a kickstand to sit on the desk, and grooves on the back to clip-in the main leads. Very lightweight. Comes with all accessories as shown in the product photo.Extremely accurate down to mV for testing body voltage, the resistivity of earthing products such as grounding mats, and measuring the difference in voltage potential across various grounds to mains and earth. I removed the plastic protective covers from the alligator clips (just tug and wiggle them off), because I'm not working with high voltage and the covers make it a bit difficult to get a good grip on thicker wires. Temperature probes are accurate to one degree & super easy to use: just plug in the probe and turn the dial to temp.Multimeter beeps every time you turn it on and switch between settings. To read the display in the dark, just press and hold the HOLD button to turn on the backlight, which then stays on for 30 seconds. Invaluable tool.

I really can't rate the unit as it went poof the first time I used it and is now cooked well done. I attribute the cause to my unfamiliarity with these complex multi meters and to a bad manual. With small print and 'vague' narrative, along with being poorly laid out, I give it a -5 star as one of the worst manuals I have encountered. I will salvage the alligator clips, throw the meter in the garbage, pay my Mastercard bill, and look for a simpler device.

I like this guy. It does everything the more expensive ones does and more. The temperature feature is nice as well as it being a 6000 count true RMS one. The material is good enough and does not feel too cheap. I use it for business use and it can take a licking or two and work as it should.
