Don’t even bother with regular Tums or Rolaids or anything like that. Smoothies are the best. They melt in your mouth. They’re not chalky and they actually work for most levels of indigestion. The flavors are good too! Get the mixed berry. If you get anything green, just throw it out yuck.

These chewables kick heartburn fast and taste great doing it. I love the smoothie flavors—they’re way better than chalky tablets and make taking antacids feel like a treat. Smooth texture, fruity finish, and real relief.

These TUMS are right on the edge of being candy so watch out for kids using them. Like all medications, keep them locked up. The label has pretty colors, the container is astonishingly easy for a toddler to open, and the tablets are colorful and sweet. All of these aspects make it a good antacid but also make it risky in a house with children. In a house with adults, these are just fine. I have treated acid reflux and simple indigestion with these with mixed results. Taking the recommended dosage does not seem to have a desirable effect so maybe there is more sugar and wax than there is antacid chalk powder. Its fine. These were available on the Subscribe and Save so that is why I chose them. I am not dissappointed as they do the job, but doubling the dose seems to be necessary.

They taste good, and eliminate my symptoms. 60 years ago, a surgeon would have removed my stomach, but tums saved it! Also, They are a good source of calcium, which I seem to need.
