Extra Long & Wide 8" First Steps ® Rubber Elastic Bands Heavy Duty 200mm x 16mm No.108 (40)

These are very strong rubber bands . I really wanted a small bag 16inch (400 mm )long bands but these 8inch ones were the longest I could find. In fact I have been unable to reduce the 16mm width in half by slicing the bands in half andfor my purpose these are just good and easier to use. I have now seen an offer for 1kg bag of 400mm bands but the price is £14-90 which is too much and they are even wider (22mm) than the small bag of just 10 x 8inch bands I have bought .

Depends what you want them for but no good for small food bin in the house too small. Also too small for my small bathroom bin. That was what i bought thrm for but little stretch. Just not what I wanted.

For those who are tidying up their paperwork during this winter - make sure you get rubber bands that can cope with holding large amounts of documents. Don't be fooled with thinner bands as they don't work. This one definitely worked for me

These were bought for several different uses although my husband seems to have taken them into his workshop where he does a lot of woodwork and he seems very pleased with them

I accidentally through out part of bin that hold bag fitted Elastic bend and holds the bags much cheaper then the missing part

Very good bands. Good degree of stretch with just the right amount of force needed. Of the 10 one had slight flaw but still works ok.

Been looking in the shops for some large elastic bands, but failed to find anything that was larger than ten centimetres. So off to Amazon and found these. They're big and good quality, and do exactly what I want. Very happy with them and will get them again if I need more.

Well, what can I say? They're elastic bands. Is a star rating relevant? In this day and age everyone wants a pat on the back, even for the most mundane of items. 🙄
