Not dependable,
Product lasted only through 2nd use and promptly quit working due to faulty wiring, within 30 days of receiving. I left negative feedback because I could not file a claim to get replaced. Then received email from Seller asking to remove feedback but to ask Amazon to replace it. No way to do so even after asking them for further instructions from email author how to go about assisting with their request if they were willing to replace the microphone.

Without a preamp terrible audio hiss on T4i
Ended up returning the mic as there is a lot of audio hiss. Full disclosure: I'm running the mic directly into my T4i without a preamp, so if you have a preamp the hiss probably wouldn't be nearly as bad.

Product is good if the voice lag is acceptable and there is no need for live playback in the same room where the speaker is.
There is a very serious voice lag. This product maybe acceptable to some extent for recording but definitely can't be used in situations where there is a need of live playback in the same room where the speaker is. The original voice is heard after a delay from the sound system causing unpleasant and unnatural echo. The product supports two way communication very well. From transmitter to receiver as expected for recording with a line out along with another channel for the reverse side communication using the provided mic and ear piece.
