These plates provide a good variety of sizes to cut my home grown potatoes into to preserve in the freezer or canning jars for future use. I've found them to be easy to switch out and clean. They are super sharp so be careful when cleaning! I do feel they are quality made as I've not found any issues yet, however I have only used them a few times and had only for a few months. I would recommend these additional plates for those looking for just a variety of ways to slice up your produce.

Seem to be good quality. Gives me options to process other fruits and veggies on my vertical French fry cutter.

Used 1x only so far and worked great; however, the holes for the very same screws that came with the product were too small so I had to rethread new holes myself.

It was very nice but just to hard to clean. Works well though. The seller was very fast--came one day ahead.

One of the blades broke on third use. Fit to the machine wasn't snug enough - not enough bolt room and we added a spacer to solve this
