I ordered this for my 11-year old daughter who is a big Harry Potter fan. I was so surprised at how awesome this stamp is! The wax looks amazing because the stamp is so detailed. My daughter has been sealing birthday cards and playing around with different wax color combinations. It really comes out cool. She took a gold sharpie to some of them and it adds a nice look, too. We found that 5 small wax pellets are enough for 1 stamp. Great product and reasonably priced.

This is an amazing product, and I would buy it again, but I most likely won't have to because the quality is so great that it will probably never need to be replaced. I might get another to give to a friend because the product was so good. I definitely recommend this seal for any Harry Potter fans. It is perfect for sending old fashioned envelopes and prank Hogwarts acceptance letters.

I agree with the other reviewer on here who said that the design received is different from the one listed. I tried to cancel the order once I saw this review but was too late. It is a simpler, less elegant, seemingly cheaper version of the rose. I didn't actually try to use it, but other than that, seems like a good quality stamp. The principle is not right for someone to sell something different than what is shown. Returning.

Used this Harry Potter stamp for an event we had at work (split employees into Houses and had them compete all week for House Points). We made "Howlers" for each day letting them know how points could be earned and used the stamp to seal the Howler - it is well made (heavy too!) and very, very easy to use. I would recommend using the wax sticks with a hot glue gun, much easier and less time to make than melting wax - I made mine on a silicone mat and then just glued them to the Howler which was also much easier and less time that actually stamping the Howler. RECOMMEND THAT YOU COOL THE STAMP in a bowl of ice in between each stamping. This cools the wax really quick and makes a perfect stamp impression. Also comes off the stamp with ease instead of peeling off. Great product!

This is a large stamp. Bigger than many I have received. I usually purchase3/4" stamps, this one is about 1", so I won't be able to use it for my intended purpose, but it is rather pretty and will be great for anyone intending to use it on paper or envelopes!

It was hard to melt and took a while, I read the reviews and used a lighter to burn the spoon instead and it was much faster, but you have to make sure you dont fill it with wax so cut smaller pieces or you'll burn the wax if it runs down the bottom of the spoon. I also suggest to have water with ice in a sandwich bag and keep the stamp on it and blot it with a paper towel before you press into the wax. It took a few tries to get the hang of it but it was soo much fun and worth it in the end!

Both my friend and I love Harry Potter. I bought this for her for Christmas and she loves it! It works perfectly and it's so fun to use. It also looks well-built for the price and seems like it will last a long time. Highly recommend as a gift or even a fun activity for Harry Potter fans! :)

It took a lot of trial and error to get these done properly. I ended up using a piece of glass greased with WD-40. After each use I dipped the stamper in cold water and dried it off and used a knife to help remove the wax from the glass. After I got the hang of it they turned out really well and gluing them onto the invitations was much easier than stamping them directly on. Our harry Potter save the dates turned out great.
