I am on my third filter, and this one has been dumping charcoal chips and tiny white spherical beads for the first twenty fills so far. Fortunately for me, I have a handy fine strainer that I can use for the purpose of filtering out this debris from each pitcher full of water. You obviously have a QC problem with your filters, and I am shopping for an alternative filter that will fit this pitcher. If you are interested in examining this filter in order to evaluate the problem (you certainly should be) I will be happy to ship it to you if you will send me a prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions. For Amazon's web site purposes, the best rating I can give this pitcher is two stars out of five. Your colorful brochure is very nice... too bad that the most important part (the water filter) does not measure up. The blue colored filter that came with the pitcher worked fine, and the first black replacement filter only dumped charcoal at the very beginning, but with no white beads that I could see. I hope you are successful in fixing the quality problems.

I have been using these filters for over 8 months now and they work good when they work but the last two orders have been of poor quality. They don't seem to last like they originally did and the last order had to be sent back due to flow problems. They became plugged up and stopped working after a few weeks. Note that I am filtering bottled water to remove the fluoride, so the water is already very clean. Seems like the quality of manufacturing has deteriorated. And now the replacement filters are just dripping very slowly. These are expensive filters not to count the pitcher cost which was also expensive. I am very unhappy with this product and do not recommend it to anyone. There is doubt in the shipping practices also. Could be getting damaged due to no cushion filler in the box. The filters just bounce around in the box. Presently looking for an alternative. Do not buy from Amazon!

I bought these in bulk to save money. Bad idea. I had to throw away two of the four filters as soon as I tried them because the filtering material leaked out of the filter into the water every time I tried to fill the pitcher. Unfortunately, it didn't happen with the first one I used, so by the time I got to a defective one it was too late to return them. I definitely recommend buying them one at a time so if you end up with a defective one, you'll know it in time to return it.

I bought these refills for the pitcher. I use this particular picture for refilling my animal companions water bowls. I live in the city and the water here is toxic, so everything must be filtered. I usually go a little bit beyond when it says it needs to be changed, But I can tell since the water will run through it super fast when it's getting old and needs to be replaced.

This water pitcher works great. I went to the pet store and bought a ph test kit for a saltwater aquarium so I could test the water & it really works. My dental hygienist noticed of significant improvement in my teeth & gums after drinking this water for awhile, (a side effect I wasn’t expecting)

I have reordered this filter before and have never received a replacement with NO Label or Instructions. The box it came in was not like what is advertised. The box is a brown generic box with no writing or color. (Nothing like what is shown and advertised). I returned the filter and was told by amazon I would receive a replacement LIKE THE ONE advertised. Needless to say, I received the same generic box containing the filter. So disappointed!!!!

I used a Brita for years, but read abourt alkaline water being so much better for you. I decided to purchase this pitcher and extra filters to try. Love the ease of use, the taste of the water is so pure the water clarity is great, and the filter lasts for 60 days. I know have the filters on Amazon subscribe so that I never run out of a filter. Great product and it is very stylish sitting on my counter!

work much better than the cheap ones I tried! Cheap ones left residue in the water & got plugged up. these ones are more expensive but water gets filtered good & does not leave stuff in the water. My only concern is do they really filter floride????
