OlivettiMS25 Typewriter Ribbon

The ribbon came a few days earlier than expected. The spools didn't have a "perfect" fit in my Smith corona sterling (i was prepared to wind the ribbon into the old spools if need be) But they work fine. The print could be a little darker and crisper, but that could have to do with the age and wear of my typewriter not the ribbon. So overall, quite a good ribbon for nearly half the price of most online.

I was happy with the quick service but the ribbon did not fit the Olevetti portable typewriter and have been trying for over a week to get through red tape to find out how and where to return it. Would certainly appreciate some assistance with that problem as my 98 year old Mom is getting upset about not being able to type notes. Thank you1

The product did not match the picture.It did, however, fit my machine (loosely), and works ok, although a little loose.

Ribbon dimensions are pretty much universal; but I had to wind the Olivetti ribbons onto the stock spools of an antique Remington and an old Underwood 21. Olivetti spools dropped right in a not-so-old Argyle P-201.

Great product

By all descriptions I had been under the impression that this was a black ribbon, but on arrival I saw that it is a black and red ribbon, which is not what I wanted. In addition, it does not fit my typewriter.I do not recommend purchasing.

I ordered the typewriter and ribbons on May 13, 2010. The typewriter arrived in reasonable time. It is now a month later and the ribbons have not arrived yet. Please send the ribbons.thank you
