Interior to exterior sound is so quiet impossible to hear

Faulty and not able to return it
The intercom looks nice and it would have been nice if there wasn't a problem with the handset switch preventing people to ring the bell at times. So I have decided to return it.The return process is just not working (at least from the UK) - it stayed away about a month and now it's back to me again - it was refused by custom with unspecified reason. So after a month and after paying additional postage money I still don't have an intercom.So I would say there is practically no warranty on it.

Cant adjust volume
I’ve tried everything and can’t find a way to adjust the buzzer volume on this model.The instruction manual is also useless for finding this.

Great product, I am afraid not the right one
Product seems to be very adequate, however the one delivered was no the one initially bought (universal), therefore could not be installed and had to be sent back for a refund
