Never used resistance bands before, but these are great!
I'm a 5'2ft & 128lbs, I was worried about the size being off for me (most workout gear I've found is geared towards people larger than the me) or that it wouldn't stand up to the stretch, but I think I can say with a certainty that these bands are definitely the real deal.

The elasticity is phenomenal, just wished they were wider than they were made (circumference/width)

Great resistance Bands!
These bands are great! I love how the resistance level is marked on each band, as well as the different colors to distinguish them. They might slide a little bit, so make sure you have them in place well before you start to move. They also came with a pamphlet of workouts to do with the bands! That was a great bonus :)
