I know other people have described it as small, and it isn't large, but it isn't tiny. I got it as an Eagle Scout gift, and I think it's a good size for .. . cuff links, a watch, something such as that. It's masculine enough to be set on a man's dresser, and I think it's handsome. I know the recipient will like it. It does come boxed (although the box was nothing special), which makes it easier to wrap.It arrived on time and in perfect condition.All around, I am very pleased.

These boxes were for 3 young men who received their Eagle Scout awards. They were perfect. The guys were very pleased.

It is sometimes hard to tell the size of an item by the picture. That is why you read the small print. It is really a nice box to put small items in and that is what I planned for "My" Eagle scout. I think he will love it.

Bought for the hubby for our anniversary. It is a really nice trinket box with great attention to details. The only problem is the box is not like,the picture. The real thing is not globe shaped. The box is flat topped thats why its not getting 5 stars. Great box not as pictured

Very nice, however it cannot hold a lot of items. Rather small interior chamber. Its good for ring and small jewelry items only in my opinion.

While a bit smaller interior than hoped for, this is very well made. My favorite eagle collector was very happy with it
