Exactly the same part that is installed at the factory on many Honda V6 engines. Honda also uses Yamada brand water pumps, but you can only get those at the dealership for 3 times the price of this. My 2011 Odyssey came with a Yamada pump but had no problem installing this Aisin unit. I have used theis pump on my 05 TL and 04 Honda Pilot previously which both came with Aisin pumps from the factory.

I have been a Honda technician for over 15 years now and I use these pumps for my friends and family members when replacing their timing belts. Its OE quality for a fraction of the price. I also use the Aisin timing belt tensioner for the same reasons. I've never had an issue with them and recommend them to all of my fellow mechanics.

In case you greaseballs don’t know anything about automotive, aisin makes oem parts for yota, hoodas and nissin for a lot cheaper than buying from dealership.

Still going strong after 2 years. Aisin is the OE manufacturer but this one isn't quite as nice as factory. It has some sharp edges on the casting. Minor flaws that aren't enough to take away a star. Installed this on a Saturn Vue that came with a Honda J35 engine in it.

went with this pump on 06 Honda Odyssey because i have read a lot of reviews Aisin is the factory manufacture for Honda water pumps and since it is so labor intensive to change i went with it so i didn't have to do the job twice. so far so good.Quality of the product looks good. It does have casting blemishes but nothing to effect performance.

Ignore the one star review the pump with aisin are used by Honda and Toyota to sell them Honda stamp or Toyota can't have there name on it in unless sold by them great part don't worry when you want quality

Comparable to OEM but at a fraction of the price. All the local dealers in my area only sell this water pump as a kit which includes the serpentine belt, timing belt and a couple of pulleys. Even if I bought each and every one of the components in the kit off Amazon, it will still be less expensive. My vehicle is 16 years old, rusted through and through and has been in an accident so this water pump at this price is perfect.
