Seems to be working so far.
So far I’ve been using this product off and on the last two weeks. (Only supposed to use 1-2 a week) I haven’t had any bad reactions so far. No burning or itching. Maybe it’s just high hopes but I feel like I have seen a difference in my dark spots on my face. The appearance seems lighter. I will continue using and hope that the progress continues as well. You just wash your face- rub this on and leave for 5-10 minutes then wash off. I would definitely recommend staying out of direct sunlight while using this product.

Gentle, non irritating.
I used this product as a face peel. My skin is very sensitive, usually when I exfoliate my face it becomes red. This product is very gentle. After the first use, my skin was very smooth to touch, hydrated, glowing and the texture of my skin significantly improved. I was really impressed by the results.

Painful after a few minutes
For the price I assumed that this was going to be some sort of life changing face serum...I was wrong. The scent is not very appealing at all. The instructions come on a cryptic piece of paper that will melt away if you get it wet. I don't know why they wouldn't just put the instructions on the side of the bottle. After you use it, it is recommended that you use a few more of their products to get the finish you are apparently looking for. It is recommended to leave it on for between 5-10 minutes but I honestly couldn't stand it being on my face that long. Maybe my skin is just too sensitive but I couldn't take it being on any longer than a minute or so. The next day my skin felt rough and almost like a sun burn. All and all it isn't worth the hefty price tag or the pain.

They sure didn't make it easy to figure out how you're supposed to use this
No usage instructions on this product page nor on the packaging. I had to photograph and then enlarge the insert so that I could decipher the 1-point type to see if it had anything to say. Success! 1-2 times per week, massage this into your face for 30 seconds, leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse. Then of course there are two more of their products you are supposed to apply afterwards. I really don't know about this product or this company. After reading all the info on this page, plus the product package and insert, all I came away with was a bunch of high-sounding language that I'm not sure means anything at all. I'm not convinced this is anything more than high-grade BS. I mean, what on earth are "bio-vectorized ingredients"? Is that even a thing? I'm not going to spend my time researching it, and they make no effort to tell you what it is and why we should believe them.

Mild and refreshing, but age-defying?
This was my first hyaluronic acid product, and after reading about how sensitive some people can be to it, I opted for this sensitive skin option. I've not had any negative reaction to it, and the smell is very faint. It's been comfortable to use, and while my skin looks good, I don't know that I look younger. If you want healthy skin, then maybe add this to your routine. But if you're looking to take years off your face, I'm not sure this will do it.

why would I pay so much to dry out my face?!?!?!?!?!?!?
since joining the vine program, I have tried many face washes... in fact I have so many my shower window cill that it is almost full. that being said, I may have not cared for all of them, but none and I mean none of them have dried out my skin... until last night. this tiny overpriced bottles scent reminded me of old ladies and sucked the life out of my face. no wonder at the bottom of the instructions, it says when u r done to use 2 more of their expensive products on ur face. NOPE!!!ok so they r trying to sell this around the entire whole world. the directions, which u can't read without taking a picture with ur phone to blow it up read them, r in 25 yes 25 languages! lets b real, anyone who can AFFORD to buy this product is OLD. and when I say old, I just mean our eyes r to old to read this even with our glasses on. (im 41 in case u were wondering). u only get 1 fl oz in this bottle. it will go a long way bc u try to use so little to make it last. well u do only need a little, bc it is to powerful... its like turpentine to paint, it strips it. the product says to leave it on 5-10 minutes after u apply the cream that turns into oil in 30 seconds. I only gave it 3 and then my face started to feel weird. so to recap... no I wouldn't buy this overpriced paint stripper again, and I certainly wouldn't buy the other 2 products they want u to use as well. I want a clean face, but not at the expense of my skin. I dont want to moisturize either. the only time I will even consider it is at a facial or after a microderm. (and that's bc u have no choice.). I hope this was helpful.

I broke out.
I was trying to get the right peeling cream for me. I do chemical exfoliation once or every 2 months. I wanted to try this cream for the promised of gentle peel and rejuvenation of skin. I am not sensitive to smell but this one really got me off. It smelled like chemical with a mix of ammonia. I applied as directed. I was glad that I did not feel any burning or tingling so I continuously used it as directed. After 5 days, I did not see any light peeling rather I started to break out under my chin and my blackheads are more prominent. I was so disappointed for the price I thought it could deliver what it says it can do.
