The chair arrived. Battery damaged, electrical component under chair damaged, two mini wheels in pieces, brakes not working, two front wheel covers cracked and broken, seat very loose and wobbly despite securing screw and bolt as tight as it can be, chair immediately shows error code saying that chair is plugged into charger when it wasn’t (posssibly due to damaged electrical component underneath chair)! Very disappointed. My mom was needing a power chair for soo long and this was her first one and she can’t even use it!

This LiteRider model is just slightly smaller than the usual RoundAbout, making it a little easier to get around inside our older home with narrower halls and doorways. It does take some practice to get used to the control joystick, but that is to be expected. The LiteRider is easy to disassemble and place in the car trunk so it can be used for shopping. Keep in mind that the person needing to use it is not likely to be able to do this himself so a friend or spouse needs to be able to do this. Since I am not Superwoman, we have a 2nd scooter in the car at all times so I don't have to repeatedly disassemble the LiteRider and carry it downstairs to the car and back up again repeatedly. Our concern is with the seller of the chair, not the chair. It's the second one we've purchased, and it's a 4-5 star product. With this chair (not the first one), the seat cover has bunched up and nearly slid off the chair. We worked with MMS to get this taken care of, including numerous pictures of the seat, the seat cover, under the seat, etc. The manufacturer won't act until MMS contacts them. All we want is either to have this covered under warranty or to pay for a new one ourselves. But MMS has become completely unresponsive. I've recently had heart surgery so I really don't want to spend more time wrestling with the chair to take just the right photo.

Had a problem getting it going until I found the break was on and it would not let me turn it on. Works as advertised and I use it daily around the house.

Very handy especially for older homes with narrow doorways. Controls are sensitive and if you have not played video games or used this type of controller before it will take some practice. Once you have the controls mastered it turns on a dime and gives you 9 cents change. Overall an excellent inexpensive electric chair to assist getting around in the house and to and from doctors offices and appointments that require walking some distance. Has performed well so far for the 3 months I have used this item. Would certainly recommend any handicapped person to consider this.

Very east to assemble (less than 1 minute--- I am a 68 year old woman and i do it entirely by myself! The chair is small and comfortable. My mother is 100 and feels she has NEW FREEDOM with this new chair. I, too, feel like there is new freedom. She has adapted very well with the joy stick,, which is very sensitive. This chair can move in a circle on a dime! I would highly recommend this as a chair that can be used in a facility to get around, but also very easy to load in the car and go to another destination!
