Lug Ring Camera Strap Triangle Split Ring Plastic Cap

I bought my camera second hand and the strap rings were missing. These replacements seem to be as good as the OEM rings. They might seem expensive but nobody wants to risk their camera by using poor quality strap rings.

The triangles are very very slightly thinner than the ones that came with the camera - but once on, it all feels very secure. It protects from fraying of the strap loops, which can't be a bad thing. And for the price, that is worth it.

Just fitted. No instructions supplied but pictures on amazon page show you what you need to know. So far so good. Seem robust, stainless steel so durable and won't rust, clip on nicely to canon M5. For an emergency purchase I'm impressed.Canon's supplied clips are so feeble and only take 7mm straps. Who sells 7mm wide straps canon? Just you and your neck-abrading freebie emblazened mug-me straps. Now my nice black shock absorbing strap fits my EOS M5. YEY!I'll report back in a few weeks once they have been trialled out more fully.

Useful for protecting your Peak Design strap from becoming frayed by the split rings on your camera

The rings were ok, fitted easily. The Black plastic clips are very weak, got one on ok and broke 3 trying to get another one on. I needed 2 for my OMD E-M1 iii so now I have two rings on the camera lugs and only one has a plastic clip.

Does the job you want from a split ring and allowed me to attach my strap anchors to my camera body. However, the plastic clips would not fit onto the rings after attachment no matter what I tried which may lead to rubbing or cosmetic damage in time.Dissapointing, but at least it fills its core function. If you're particular about maintaining your camera body's look, be mindful that the protectivd lle plastic clips simply may not work depending on the model you have.
