Great tool for the toolbox.
In his book Unstoppable, author Craig Ballantyne takes us on a journey through his bouts with Anxiety and the ways he has learned to overcome it. I found this book to be a great resource for someone new to the anxiety hell and also has some new tools for someone who may be along in the journey, although some may also be repetitive for the seasoned anxiety warrior.I love that Ballantyne writes this as a "journey alongside" not as a "lecture from up above". Meaning its a relatable book with some solid advice and tips. The book starts with his intense experience with a panic attack that forced him to go to the emergency room. This rings true with me as I have also gone to the emergency room twice ( once stayed overnight) for anxiety attacks. he then went on what he calls his 6 week heart attack. Although, not really a heart attack, he lived with the very common chest pain side effects of anxiety.This episode forced the author to take a long hard look at his anxiety, the proceeding chapters detail his strategy for thriving despite his anxiety.as someone who has struggled with anxiety, depression and PTSD, this is not the first book I have read on the subject, therefore for ME, I found some of the advice repetitive. Yoga, meditation, therapy, exercise. All solid advice and spot on for anxiety therapies , Its just if you have been suffering and researching what to do at all, then you may have read these before, but its still worth reading as you may find his approach connect in ways that maybe others did not. But his chapter on smart phones and social media is brilliant and is worth the read to see how those little buggers are making us more addicted and anxious. His advice to not check social media in the morning until after you've practiced gratitude and introspection is solid gold. Overall a solid book with great tools to help you overcome the hell and nightmare that is anxiety. Using and implementing these practices will go along way in getting you on the road to thriving and living a full life despite your condition.

Life Altering
After suffering multiple anxiety attacks that caused a breakup with someone I loved, I didn't know how to get back up on to my feet. I went through a year of self development to rid myself of depression and get myself to a state where I could be confident in myself only to see it thrown away by allowing anxiety to win. This book has given me the structure to combat my anxiety and use that energy to create more positive outcomes in my life and take back my confidence and optimistic mindset. I am forever thankful in this book, and Craig's work in general. His ability to help individuals gain, or regain structure in their lives is unmatched. In my top 3 books of all time for sure.

Extremely Relatable
Just finished Unstoppable two minutes ago. I’m sad the book is over, but glad it had a positive effect. Last week I started ending each work day with a written out plan for the following day. At this rate, by the end of this week I’ll be caught up with all I was behind on, and will be starting next week with more time on my hands. More time that I will plan in a positive manor. I honestly felt like I wrote this book in the future and emailed it to myself in the now. It was as if I was writing to myself.I am going to buy a second copy of this book, for someone I know that was recently hospitalized for anxiety. I feel it can definitely help him, and I will try to help him, too (if he’s open to the help). Thanks for your efforts, and sharing an extremely relatable experience with this book.Now I will start your other book, The Perfect Day Formula tomorrow.

Definitely worth .99 cents (or more)
There’s nothing new in here but if you get some inspiration, motivation, or a helpful tip or two out of it, you got your money’s worth, maybe more. Also, you’re better off getting it now for 99 cents as opposed to later when it will be offered for “free” so long as you cover the shipping and handling fee of $9.99.

I could not get through this book. It was NOT very well written.

Been down this road
I also severe anxiety and lived to tell the tale. This is good advice, much of which I also used in my journey to defeat anxiety.Speaking of mindset, you must believe that destructive anxiety can be completed eradicated from your life. If you think that anxiety is something that you "manage" then that's all of the better you'll get.

Not Worth It For Me
I purchased Unstoppable after hearing Craig on a podcast. By the end of chapter 1, I was bored with it and felt like I couldn't relate. I finished just now and I'm glad I only paid 99 cents.

Great advice and strategies to your best days and best self.
I purchased Unstoppable because I am a fan of Craig’s work. I really enjoyed his Perfect Day Formula book and his daily content on social media. Even though I don’t have any experience with the crippling anxiety Craig experienced and coaches others out of, this book has value to me. Craig’s writing style and philosophy really resonate with me. This book will give you motivation to keep expanding and improving yourself, no matter where you are on your own hero’s journey.

Short, simple, effective and powerful.
I'll just start off by saying that I really enjoyed this book, it didn't drag and was incredibly effortless to read.A lot of books within this genre have the tendency to repeat themselves over and over with increasingly elaborate examples. Unstoppable didn't, though common themes were raised throughout the book they were done in such a way that my reading pleasure was never hindered.Won't give much away but the content is fantastic and I've already implemented some of the lessons taught here.There's a lot of waffle within this genre, "Unstoppable" does a fantastic job of cutting said waffle right out!

ANOTHER Game Changer!
First came The Perfect Day Formula which is INCREDIBLE. And now this! UNSTOPPABLE. A way of really getting to the roots behind things that can be slowing you down when you want to live to your fullest potential. Beautifully and easily broken down and some very simple (simple but not easy) steps to make better of the situations you may find yourself in.Craig can do no wrong in my eyes. The guy is a gentleman and someone I admire so much. I recommend his work extremely highly.

Great read
Simple and useful advice from Craig as always!! I've never suffered anxiety but this book just has great ideas on how to make life easier with less stress which I think all entrepreneurs need.

This isn't another flower power crap filled book. This book may actually save your life.
You have found yourself in an everyday, obstacle-filled loop. You're overwhelmed and constantly stressed out. All the obstacles in life seem endless and no matter what you just can't find the reason to be happy. You feel like a robot, getting through the motion. You know you deserve better but can't seem to find an excuse to make your life better. Maybe one day you'll wake up and things will be better, maybe things will continue like this or worse.This seems like a never ending hell... it only seems to get worse.You have anxiety but you don't know it.Action. Motion. Work.This isn't another self help book that you'll put on the shelf along with your crappy booklets you've collected.Craig helps you pave a way to unlock your potential, giving you focus and clarity so you can finally find your happier, healthier and more successful self, not only guiding you, but actually making you analyze and work on your problems.You were looking for something to help you be less overwhelmed...You end up starting on your journey to becoming UNSTOPPABLE.Thank you, Craig.

Exactly what I needed
At a crossroads in life, about to be made redundant, just before the anxiety hit, is when I came across this book.Finished it in less than 3 days, in 4 sittings.Craig's blueprint to fight your way out of anxiety, back in control of your life is well laid out, simple (not easy), and for sure, effective. Give this book a read. More importantly, let's Craig's advice work it's magic, by taking action!
