I feel so much better taking this product

I always do my best due dilligence on the manufacturer when getting any supplements from Amazon or any website. These are basic multi-vitamins in CAPSULE form which for me is big plus (although they are quite large). The company has a very professional website and a professional Amazon description that does not look like it was typed by an ESL. Freeda supplements are manufactured in the United States in a GMP-certified facility. The company has been making vitamins and supplements since 1928 per their website. While there is no way to say if any multi-vitamin "HELPS" I can easily say the manufacturer looks fully legit and won't hesitate to take them down to the last capsule. They are VEGAN and PAREVE (kosher). The ONLY downside I personally see to these capsules is the dosage suggestion which is 4 CAPSULES PER DAY which makes the 120 cap bottle only good for 30 days. NOTE: THESE CAPS CONTAIN NO IRON so if you need iron you need to look elsewhere.

I have been using this supplement for a long time and all I have to do is go to Amazon and buy it.

I so wanted to be able to take this supplement. It has all the things I need some of in my diet. However, even taking one tablet a day (a dose is three tablets) is mega-constipating. The calcium carbonate in it does that for sure and probably the iodine adds to it. Why do all vitamin makers put calcium carbonate into their daily multi tablets? It's calcium citrate and magnesium that you need for your bones and calcium glycinate that alleviates muscle spasms.

Recommended to me by a pharmacist affiliated with Harvard Medical School as an effective and economic alternative to another much higher priced vitamin. I've used the Freeda brand for over three years, and have been very happy with the product!

These are a bit harsh on my stomach but I do appreciate that they have no added colors or fillers. I feel better on whole food vitamins but Freedas are my second choice.A
