Fantastic product. The water bottle is a good size and not too heavy, even full of water and stones. The tea strainer is great quality and well designed, and you can unscrew the part that holds the tea and use the lid of the tea strainer for infused water or simply as a splash guard. It comes with a lot of quartz and black tourmaline and the sleeve is great. I had a small issue and had to contact customer service and they were wonderful - got back to me very quickly and gave me more thank I ever could have asked for. Great price too. Besides that the product works! I have all kinds of issues with my stomach and the water here is usually too acidic and give me reflux, even after filtering a few times. Since using this water bottle I haven't had a problem at all. I know what everyone is getting for the holidays this year!

I wanted to purchase a nice water bottle, but as I started to research I realized that there were sooooo many options. I took my time searching because I wanted the BEST. I’m very frugal and when I ran across the AYANA Wellness bottle I thought “wow this is pricey”, but it was the BEST water bottle that I had found on the market. It was coming up to Mother’s Day, so I decided to treat myself because I deserve it. OMG! I absolutely love this water bottle! I’m so glad I purchased it. It doesn’t leak, the crystals came with the bottle, but you can change them out and add whatever you want. It has an infuser and a koozie sleeve to maintain the temp of your beverage. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. Whenever I’m able to, I want a second bottle so that I can have one charging while I carry the other. Simply AMAZING!!

I must say, Ayana has made a great quality product for an amazing price. I have bought similar gem bottles for twice the price and didn't even last long. This one is made with thick glass and overall it feels and carries well. Not only is the product of superior quality but the company takes care of their customers. They are quick to listen and fix any issues with the order. I am very happy I came across Ayana. Beautiful to gift as well!

Over all this is a great bottle. The concept of this design is brilliant. Keeping stone close but not “in” the liquid itself. There are many stones/crystals that should never be placed directly in. Case in point here with the picture provided of the black tourmaline I received. I separated the stones for comparison. The darker richer black are a higher grade up top. The lower grade bottom shown has more white to a silvery content. There is one stone, bottom right corner that appears like a piece of iron w/ rust which is not uncommon to find in schorl. Just FYI NOT to put these stones into any direct water to drink! I own several bottles that you do and can directly. The quartz crystals are ok. More like crackle quartz which I’m fine with. The bottle itself I have tested for a good seal placing water in it and turning it on it’s head for any leaks. None found. I did this because it came in a box that appeared to be used, torn a bit, and taped at the top. Suspect as a possible return and reship? And is why I’ve rated it one less a star and the mix of tourmaline stones received. You get a decent amount of the stones/crystals and a nice sleeve which is needed to protect the bottle.

I love this gem bottle! It’s got everything you need to start drinking energized water. It is very good construction and simple and easy to use. It meets or exceeds the qualities of the higher-priced ones out there…… I highly recommend this company as they shipped very quickly and everything came exactly as described. I will be buying from them again soon! Well worth the money!!!

The first one came defective but the seller sent me a new one immediately. The problem with this bottle is the rubber carrier. It smells real bad when you are taking a drink and even after I took it off the bottle it had a chemical rubber smell. If the sellers can improve on the carrier to not have a chemical smell to it then the bottle serves its purpose.

Water bottle is amazing! It’s very easy to clean and assemble/ disassemble. The stones are good and the water tastes excellent. Would definitely recommend this product. And the iso- sleeve is very handy too for cold water.

It broke..... i went to take a drink and small shard of glass came off the rim into my mouth. I swallowed it. I am not happy I expect a refund and this is a horrible unsafe product. Shame on you.
