My husband has a rare eye disorder and I'm trying to maintain good eye health. We were taking another product for years that was great, but it was suddenly discontinued, so we tried this product. It says to take with meals, which is an inconvenience, but not enough to not take the product. The ingredients quantities is good, but frankly, every time we took a dose, we would get sick to our stomach. This happened for several days in a row, so we quit taking it and I threw it away. Both my Ophthalmologist and Retina Specialist told me to get this. So I did. But they gave me no instructions on how many to take or how often and the seller put a sticker over the instructions printed on the bottle. After removing the sticker and using my magnifying glass I learned I am to take 2 a day.
