Do these 3 books or volumes have the complete story in just 3 books?

I bought this for my Kindle and half the chapters are missing, which I didn't realize until one page showed the hero characters about to fight back, and the next they are all dead. This ruined the whole damn story. I've emailed Kindle to fix the problem. Hopefully it won't take too long. ... It didn't take long. Got the refund. But they weren't too clear on when the problem would be fixed
