GORE WEARGOREWEAR M GORE-TEX Cap

I like the GoreTex material this cap is made from and bought this as a replacement for a similar cap by another manufacturer. The cap fits me perfectly but this is at the maximum size adjustment and would be a problem for someone with a large head size.

I love this hat, it’s completely waterproof and looks amazing.It’s expensive but it is very high quality and you get what you pay for.A word of warning though, my head is 58 cm in circumference and its a perfect fit, if your head is any larger than that then you will have trouble getting it onto your head as the goretex material does not stretch.If your head is smaller than 58 cm you can adjust the strap at the back of the hat to make it fit down to 54 cm.Highly recommended.

Purchased for coping with summer/autumn showers, but although very lightweight it tends to be very warm to wear on a summer's day. Not really all that breathable: there has to be a pretty strong wind before you will feel the air getting to your head. It's certainly genuine Gore-tex and completely waterproof, as you'd expect, with the water remaining in droplets on the surface of the cap. It should be said though, that the baseball cap design means that the drops tend to roll down onto your neck, save at the peak. I've a Nicky Adams Countrywear Tweed Baseball Cap which is also waterproof and the tweed tends to hold the water on the cap, so it actually works better and is more breathable, although a heavier cap. Also cheaper!

Tight fit. One size doesn’t work because the material doesn’t stretch... and if it did it wouldn’t be goretex. Works amazingly tho. Just give more sizes, don’t be mean!

Nice looking cap, but even on maximum, this is way too tight on my melon head. Shame. Had to give it to my son as I’d removed the labels etc as it stated one size fits all. It doesn’t.

GoretexEverything else is just a copy

Very good fit and comfortable to wear. Fully waterproof but can be too warm in sunny weather.
