Repurchase- not too bulky
My husband has surgical pins holding his ankle together. He suffers from a lot of pain. This brace keeps his pain and swelling down. It offers good support AND he can *actually wear it* because it isn't too bulky to fit under his boot.*However* he knows how to lace and strap it from a previous brace made the same way. He wore that one out, so I purchased this one to replace it. It's not an intuitive design, so I don't know how difficult figuring it out would be for people without previous experience because it has no instructions.

Great Quailty Braces need better Sizing Info.
The quality of the braces seem very good and provides a lot of support. I've been wearing similar style braces for the last 10years when playing football, basketball, baseball, and softball. The quality and durability seems Just as good as the previous braces I’ve had but they were more expensive. If they remain durable and at this price point price it’s a 5 star for me. Normally these braces begin to wear around the figure 8 straps and heels. The only issue I had with them is the sizing they are clear. My shoe size runs from 10.5-11 depending on the show which put me in between XL-Large. I went with the XL to be safe and they were to big. Return shipping was quick and easy. Ordered larges the same Day I received the Package.

Good for chronic pain
Ever since I sprained my ankle last year I’ve been having ankle pain. When I wear this brace, the pain goes away. It’s very high-quality and definitely keeps your ankle in place. It is a bit confusing to figure out at first because it has a lot of different pieces you have to adjust, but once you get the hang of it it’s a breeze. My only complaint is that it starts to feel a bit tight on my foot after wearing it for a few hours, but that happens with every ankle brace I’ve tried; I don’t think there’s really a way to get around it.

hard to adjust
this brace was more trouble than worth I returned it. I couldn't get it on once I did, 30 minutes later and very frustrated then it just didn't do what I was hoping for

Bulkier than described
Very nice brace for the money. There are no instructions , but it is fairly easy to determine how to properly wear. My only complaint is that the description says it is not bulky. Granted not bulky without a "compared to" is rather vague, but I can see where it may not work with certain shoes.
