This pasta was exquisite! I cooked it until al dente, added it to my tomato sauce, and thought it was brilliant. I love dry pasta because its manageable and in this case, tasted great with only some salted water and pasta sauce. I'd recommend it to anyone. This variety is not the cheapest, but its price matches its quality so I advise those wishing to have the best for a special dinner, to consider this brand. I will buy this again.

This is the best pasta I have cooked or eaten in the last 80 years. It is firm when cooked al dente and does not get gummy in any circumstances I can contrive.

RUSTICHELLA d'ABRUSSO PASTA IS THE BEST PASTA I HAVE EVER HAD. I ONLY WISH THAT I COULD FIND MORE VARIETIES. FOR A DRIED PASTA, YOU WOULD NOT KNOW THAT IT IS NOT FRESH MADE.

This is a little pricey but it's the best dried pasta ever. I make a dish with garlic sautéed shrimp white wine and lemon juice served over this pasta that's great.

Depends which one you get. Bucatini, Fettucine are great.
