Got rid of my pest snails.
I had ordered one of these before and received two, and they did such a good job reducing the pest snail population that I ordered three more! I received four, and put two in my 29 gallon for a total of three, one in my 10 gallon for a total of two, and then threw the last one into my girlfriend's tank. I haven't seen a pest snail in a few days now. These snails are awesome! As a side note, my local fish store sells these (at a higher price) and uses them in each of their freshwater tanks to get rid of pest snails. The only tanks they don't use them in are tanks with fish that eat snails. They do a very good job. So much so that in some of their tanks the substrate is now about 10% empty snail shells! It looks good, actually.

It took a little longer to get here but all is well
I ordered 3 snails and received 4 healthy snails about 2 weeks later. They were moving around in the bag as soon as I opened the package. The seller also threw in a heating pouch which I'm sure the snails appreciated lol. 5/5 stars

Snail arrived deceased...shell discolored. Wouldn't Recommend.
I wouldn't recommend buying these snails. The one I ordered arrived well packaged but appeared, partially hanging out of its shell. Also, the shell itself was completely black, which seemed odd given that these snails typically have a vibrant yellow/brown pattern. Just in case the snail could possibly be revived, I drip acclimated and placed into my tank. The neocaridina in my tank went to work on cleaning the snail's shell, eventually showing some yellow banding (see photo). Two days later, the snail is still lifeless and my amano shrimp had come out from hiding to start picking at the snail's flesh; at which point I pulled the snail out of my tank and took the attached photo.Thankfully, the refund was processed without issue; and I've had other good ordering experiences from this vendor; but the snail I ordered may not have been in the best of health, even prior to death, given the appearance of its shell.

Quick shipment, great snails
I received my snails within days of ordering. I received a bonus snail, as other reviewers reported. It's been a couple months and I haven't seen a single invasive snail since a couple days after the Assassins moved in. I'm also pleased to report that my snails have been coupling off! They mate every couple weeks, it seems. I'm still awaiting a baby snail sighting, but I read that baby Assassin snails burrow into the substrate and don't emerge until they've reached adulthood a couple months later. Fingers crossed!-- Update -- Oh yeah, boy. Just to update: Baby assassin snails did crop up over -- quite a few of them! It got to the point that I had to actually get rid of them by taking them out of the tank and ... introducing them to the garbage. I didn't know what else to do! It's been about six months since then and I have a couple new assassin snails, but my tank isn't overrun and there have been no invasive snails since the assassins were introduced.
