The media could not be loaded. The watch worked fine on day 1. Day 2 the screen was not working (see attached image and video). Poor quality, lost trust and returned the product.Before this I had same type of watch (bought from another vendor) that lasted 4-5 months, then one fine day it stopped. Does not start.The ability to call is very useful.. but quality is unreliable. Advice to not buy.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this watch with a great deal of skepticism because reviews of other similar products have not been great. We purchased the sim card. The install was not that difficult (Can call support team just in case). So far so good. I was able to put several trusted numbers in the watch that the kids can call in an emergency. I can also call them. The chat app and other watch functions are very basic and we probably will not use them. All of that said, this is serving its purpose and, for the money, is not a bad solution. I know where my kids are. They can reach me if needed. I can reach them moreover they can't just call or receive calls from anyone.There are areas of improvement like battery life as it require daily charging. Positioning is as per the nearest tower, go for GPS/Wifi models at higher cost for better positioning, Does the job for the price

The product was well packed. The installation manual was very easy to follow. When contacted thro whatssapp customer service, they were quick in responding and registered the warranty. There were initial glitches esp GPS tracking failed to initiate and our map was not getting loaded. But the whatsapp customer service team helped in loading the map and the GPS tracking got initiated. We are very happy about the way the customer service team helped. The watch is working well now with near approximate GPS tracking.

Working fine, but battery life is very less even in hourly tracking mode 7-8 hrs.Manufacturer must increase battery life.

The watch looked nice, was easy to setup, and fit my 7 year old really well. As soon as I had set it up, I realised that LBS wasn’t reliable. However, this one gives reasonably good location when my kid was outdoors. I really liked the fact that the watch couldn’t be switched off from the unit, had a small phonebook and that I could set up a watch removal alarm.However, the makers have made some questionable design decisions- potentially to cut costs. For instance, the watch is really easy to scratch. Also, the watch prefers to use LBS. Also, as soon as you switch on the fitness features, the watch discharges super quickly. It isn’t water resistant at all; even sweat can ruin it.The watch worked like a charm for 2 days. On the third day, the watch refused to start. We tried charging and then starting - that didn’t help. This was rather disconcerting. I had basic reliability expectations from a 2k watch and this watch failed to meet expectations. Thankfully, this happened within a the replacement window and I was able to return the watch.

I should say buying se tracker has been my best experience 🙏You guys really care.Have got repairs done 2 times and your support is beyond even bigger smartwatch companies.Even though I didn't ask, you fixed even the case issue. That is service.Full bang for the buck!. With this watch, our child is never away.Update after 2 years:4 repairs in 2 years, only once under warranty. Paid 1500 in repairs, hassle of sending and getting the watch every few months, tracking is below average accuracy. Final straw is no warranty on repair parts. Can't pay 750 every 5 months on battery change when new age color watches are selling for 1-2k. Retiring the watch. Sad the company does not stand behind their repairs.

Hi Guys,This is one of great product I can say. Used it for more than 6 months now. Accuracy is very good in GPS mode and Ok in LBS ie. GPRS mode. The more than that customer support is fantastic. I had some issue with the speaker of the watch. They resolved it free of charge and gave a very good customer support.You can contact them with whatsapp as well and they keep you updated and also respond promptly.The only drawback with the mobile is its battery backup which is just a day in GPS mode, I feel that should be improved otherwise product is good.

The watch is really good to track your child and to communicate with him/her, I bought it for my daughter on her birthday and she is very happy to have it. GPS positioning works only when child is outdoor, like society park etc. If watch is inside, it gives fixed position based on nearest base station.Customer service is also good, I received watch with missing 2 screws out of 4, company immediately dispatched set of screws again as soon as I complained.Cons:The only problem is its battery life, it doesn't even last for 24 hrs if few short calls are made irrespective of frequency of locations update. Company should work on battery improvement.
